There is something so special about discovering a new photography location, and Crystal Cove in Laguna Beach did not disappoint! Elysia and Anthony’s engagement session was our first time photographing here, and we instantly fell in love with all of the beautiful backdrops this coastal gem has to offer.

From the charming wooden pathways and rustic coastal details to the sandy beach and dramatic ocean rocks, Crystal Cove gave us so many opportunities to capture this sweet couple in their element. Every turn brought a new view and a new reason to stop and take a photo.

Elysia and Anthony were such a joy to photograph. They were incredibly friendly, relaxed, and completely themselves throughout the entire session. They laughed together, walked hand-in-hand through the water, and embraced every moment. Anthony kept us smiling with his excitement — he even jumped into the air a few times, bringing so much fun and energy to their photos. Their genuine happiness and playful connection made this session feel effortless.

One of the sweetest parts of the day was having Elysia’s mom and dad join us for a portion of the session. We were able to capture a few family photos together, making the day even more meaningful and memorable.

We loved getting to explore Crystal Cove with Elysia and Anthony and capture this exciting season of their lives. Their love, laughter, and easygoing personalities made this engagement session one we won’t forget.
