There are some couples you meet and immediately know you’re going to have a lot of fun together—and Elysia and Anthoney are absolutely one of those couples.
We first met Elysia and Anthoney for their engagement session at Crystal Cove, and from that very first shoot, we knew their wedding day was going to be something special. They are incredibly easygoing, full of laughter, and so genuinely in love. Their connection is the kind that makes photographing them feel effortless. They laugh together, they have fun together, and they clearly just get each other.
So when their wedding day finally arrived, we were beyond excited to celebrate with them!
Elysia and Anthoney chose the Amalfi Mansion in Orange County for their wedding, and it was the perfect setting for their elegant celebration.
This is one of our favorite Orange County wedding venues for so many reasons. With its grand European-inspired architecture, stately Canary Palms, romantic gardens, and beautiful outdoor spaces, the Amalfi Mansion feels like a little escape from Southern California. It has all the elegance of a European estate while still feeling warm and inviting.
Their ceremony took place beneath the venue’s beautiful domed gazebo, creating such a romantic backdrop as they exchanged vows. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, Elysia and Anthoney officially became husband and wife in a setting that felt both grand and incredibly intimate.
And then came the celebration!
Inside the reception space, crystal chandeliers added an elegant glow to the room as everyone gathered to celebrate the newlyweds.
But while the Amalfi Mansion provided all the sophistication, Elysia and Anthoney brought the personality.
From the moment the reception began, there was so much energy and excitement in the room. Their friends and family clearly adore them, and the dance floor quickly became the place to be. There was laughter, plenty of dancing, and so many moments that reminded us why we love wedding photography in the first place.
The best wedding days aren't just about beautiful details. They're about the people, the relationships, the inside jokes, the happy tears, and the moments that happen when everyone you love is gathered in one place.
Elysia and Anthoney's wedding day had all of it.
